DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free community meal with a group discussion about the importance of community in mental well-being\, food as a catalyst to create and maintain community\, and the effect of being an immigrant or the child/grandchild of an immigrant on mental health.\n\nWe'll start with some local restaurant food as participants listen to a panel discussion with Middletown community members who will share their experiences as a first\, second\, or third generation immigrant.\n\nThen\, you can share your thoughts\, ask questions\, and engage in a conversation about how we can build community together.
