2025 ITE/IMSA SPRING CONFERENCE

We are excited to announce that we have secured a new venue for the annual conference. The location is the Renaissance Hotel and Spa in Glendale. The conference committee toured the facility and found it very spacious with ample room for technical sessions, lunch and vendor displays. The AZITE/IMSA Spring Conference Committee is excited to announce the details of the 2025 conference at our new venue - Renaissance Hotel and Spa.

Conference kick-off is Tuesday, April 15 with the return of the pickleball event. A friendly competition - open to all skill levels. Click on the link below to learn more and sign up on the registration page.

Early registration ends on April 11, 2025. After that, fees increase $50.00.

Refund policy - a full refund will be given if cancelled by April 4, a 50% refund will be given if cancelled between April 5 and April 11, and no refund will be given after April 11.

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card for payment.
