What We Ask of You
This series is designed as a progressive and comprehensive program rather than a collection of standalone drop-in classes. Each week introduces a new practice that builds upon the concepts and skills developed in previous sessions. By registering, you are committing to attending all five workshops.
Mindfulness is a quality that can only be directly experienced and cultivated through regular practice rather than knowledge alone. For this reason, guided practice is at the heart of each workshop, and we invite you to engage as fully as you are comfortable.
To deepen your experience, you are also encouraged to practice at home for 15 to 30 minutes each day throughout the five-week series and to bring your observations, insights, and questions back to the group. There is no expectation to have a particular experience or to “get it right.” Simply making time to practice, notice, and begin again is part of the process.
No prior meditation or mindfulness experience is required, and beginners are welcome. What matters most is a willingness to participate, an openness to learn, and the courage to meet yourself, one moment at a time, as you are.
