Join us for the launch of Work. Well. Iowa., a statewide effort to strengthen Iowa’s workforce and communities through supportive workplace policies. These are policies that acknowledge the real lives employees are living — caregiving, health needs, unpredictable schedules, and the realities that exist outside the workplace.
This launch event is the start of a conversation. Employers, chambers, nonprofits, and community organizations play a critical role in normalizing and advancing supportive workplace policies.
