The Spring 2025 SAFEPLAN Certification Training is a three-day, in-person training for advocates, interns, and volunteers with SAFEPLAN host programs. Led by experts, it provides essential knowledge in civil legal advocacy. To certify, participants must complete the training, shadow a certified SAFEPLAN Advocate for 20+ hours in court, and fulfill their host agency’s domestic violence training under G.L. c. 233, § 20K. Dual agencies must also meet sexual assault training requirements under G.L. c. 233, § 20J. |
