| Last April, 18 moderators and board chairpersons from 16 congregations across the Atlantic Northeast District gathered online for our first Virtual Leadership Roundtables. Leaders appreciated the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and discover that many congregations are navigating similar opportunities and challenges.
At the gatherings, participants encouraged the district to continue creating opportunities for moderators and board chairpersons to connect, learn from one another, and share wisdom.
