We hope you’ll join us as an exhibitor during our 2024 Public Policy Conference! Your exhibit provides an excellent opportunity to develop new contacts, present your organization and showcase ways in which your organization can help support those who work on behalf of individuals and families with behavioral health and developmental disability services needs in Virginia. Conference participants will visit the displays throughout the day and during the networking reception, continental breakfasts, and morning and afternoon breaks.

Conference attendees include:

• CSB/BHA Board Members, Executive Directors, Program Directors, Clinicians, Case Managers and Supervisors
• CSB/BHA Administrators, Administrative Staff, IT Staff and HR Staff
• Behavioral Healthcare providers for children and adults

Please be mindful of the following due dates:

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL TO THE VACSB by September 13th, 2024. If your payment is not received by that time, your spot will be offered to those on the waitlist
• No refunds or cancelations after September 3rd, 2024
• Advertisements and logos are due September 3rd, 2024 - High-quality PNG/JPG are preferred
