The Refuge Center hosts Yoga classes each Thursday at 12pm. It will be led by Kelli Ehrenberger, Therapist & Yoga Teacher and is open to staff, clients, and the community.
This gentle flow yoga class is designed to support relaxation, grounding, and mind-body connection in a welcoming space. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, participants are invited to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies. All levels and abilities are welcome. |
