Event Description

The Linking Arms 2025 conference will bring together educators, literacy specialists, and community leaders to share best practices, resources, and strategies to improve literacy outcomes in New Mexico. The conference emphasizes collaboration and professional development to address the unique challenges faced by diverse populations across the state. We aim to foster a culture of literacy and support effective teaching methods that enhance reading and writing skills for all students.

In person Registration is closed. We are at venue capacity. Please sign up for our virtual option below.

Virtual attendees will have access to live streaming of speakers presenting on the Main Stage on Saturday, Feb. 22 only. Please note, live streamed sessions will not be recorded, so attendees must view them live at the time of presentation.

  • ATTENTION SCHOOLS: If you are registering more than 10 participants, you have the option of being invoiced for a group of staff members. Registration is NOT confirmed or reserved until payment has been received and attendees have registered for the conference and received a confirmation email. Please contact us at swida.events@gmail.com for more information on this option. We encourage you to register attendees individually to ensure their registration.

  • CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REGISTRANTS and BOARD MEMBERS OF SWIDA, TRL-NM, ALTA-NM: Thank you for your contribution to Linking Arms 2025. Please enter the emailed discount code on the registration form to receive the reduced registration fee. 


  • CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE AND VERIFICATION: Both in-person and virtual attendees can receive a certificate of attendance by completing a Google Form. This process ensures attendance verification. Once the form is completed, participants will receive their certificate of attendance via email one week after the event.
  • For In-Person Attendees: Access to the Google Form will be provided on-site.
  • For Virtual Attendees: The form link will be shared exclusively during the live stream.
