Teamwork, Team-building, and Emotional Intelligence

Developing productive relationships and navigating the dynamics of the team are critical skills every leader needs and should continuously update. Successful teams should often “refresh” to keep the work meaningful and the connections strong. This workshop will address and review the key concepts of teamwork, highlighting the importance of the authentic and practical relationship between team members. We will discuss the structure of team-building and incorporating emotional intelligence into team support and collective work. During the session, we will also discuss real-world situations and successes earned via intentional connections and embracing the principles that support an evolving and sustaining successful team.
