Each class will be a 60 minute class designed to help position players and pitchers establish routine, improve arm strength, throwing velocity, durability, and confidence. Class will be a combination of workouts, throwing drills, and testing with an emphasis on each player creating a routine to be carried on throughout their season.

Dates & Times: 10U-14U-Thursday 6-7PM 15U-18U -Thursday 7-8PM 11/7-12/19 (EXCLUDES 11/28 THANKSGIVING) *Half or Full sessions options are available, half session players may choose any 3 sessions of their choosing for maximum flexibility. |
