ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Building on foundational leadership skills, Deepening Leadership: Shaping People, Culture & Results is an interactive workshop designed to help leaders move beyond simply managing responsibilities to more intentionally influencing people, culture, and organizational outcomes.

Participants will explore the more complex dimensions of leadership, including leadership self-awareness and presence, navigating change and uncertainty, building trust and accountability, coaching and developing others, managing difficult conversations, influencing workplace culture, and making thoughtful decisions when there is no easy answer.

Through reflection, discussion, practical scenarios, and application, participants will examine not only what effective leaders do, but how they show up as leaders—and how their behaviors, decisions, communication, and relationships shape the experience of those they lead.

The session is designed for leaders who are ready to deepen their leadership practice, strengthen their influence, and lead with greater intentionality, confidence, and impact.

This is a virtual workshop.
