An overview of the scriptural and liturgical influences that have formed each of the authorized Eucharistic Prayers within the Episcopal Church. We will break down the basic form of a Eucharistic Prayer and trace the origins and usages of Prayers as found in the 1979 Book of Common Prayer and Enriching Our Worship.
