| SPEER, TEPRI, and HARC are collaborating through a U.S. Department of Energy grant to address the systemic barriers that prevent weatherization programs from reaching the families who need them most. By bringing together providers, utilities, and community partners, we're building the coordination infrastructure and innovative approaches needed to scale weatherization services across Central Texas.
Building on insights from our first convening, this collaborative session will focus on co-designing the workflows, coordination strategies, and partnerships needed to create a more connected weatherization system in Central Texas. In the first convening, weatherization implementers and utilities asked to include all stakeholders in this realm to support the community in building more resilient homes.
