Tanika Scott

Founder & President

Tanika Scott, CLPC is a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner experienced in consulting multinational corporations to build greater intercultural leadership and management skills across diverse teams. Over time this work of bridging “otherness,” combined with her own commitment to social justice, has led to a more focused expertise in DEI.

Tanika is the Vice President and Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo where she leads Commercial Banking’s talent development and sponsorship program which targets the career progression of diverse talent. She is also the founder and President of Her Majesty Coaching LLC which empowers women and small business owners with strategies to understand and elevate their brand.

Tanika currently serves as the board chair of Sanctuary Counseling Group, a non-profit organization which provides mental health and pastoral services to communities across the greater Charlotte and Western piedmont areas. She has been actively involved at local, regional and national levels promoting DE&I as an organizational imperative for success. Tanika resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two children.
