Frequently Asked Questions Meals? All meals are on your own with many local options and delivery. We will have snacks and our all day Keurig coffee & tea. There are breakfast menu options at the hotel.
Seating? Please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
Admission to the Scrapbook Expo? No, you will purchase that separately at www.scrapbookexpo.com Balance? The final balance is due July 15, 2024. If you pay the deposit only now - please note the amount due so that you can pay in full by the due date of July 15. Payments can be made by venmo, zelle or check. $25 late fee for balances paid after Jul 16, 2024.
Table space? Everyone will have a wide 6 foot table.
Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials, of course pictures, camera, memorabilia, lamp is always a good idea, covered coffee or drink mug, favorite keurig cups, overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, money for shopping, meals and massages! Wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature. Don't forget headphones/earphones to play your music at your seat.
The crop begins at 7:30 am on Friday and ends at 3:00 pm on Sunday! (We will do our best to open the room Thursday evening from 8-11pm - but not guaranteed)
