Do afternoons and evenings in your house feel like a constant scramble?
Maybe you're juggling an ever-growing list of activities, reminding your child about assignments and deadlines, or staying up late helping finish a project that somehow became an emergency overnight.
Planning, organization, time management, attention, and emotional regulation can be challenging for kids... and for the parents trying to support them. The good news is that having the right systems in place can make a meaningful difference for the entire family.
In this interactive five-week course, led by Deanna Kim, M.Ed., parents will learn practical strategies for strengthening executive functioning skills and creating family systems that make everyday life feel more manageable.
Together, we'll explore planning and family calendars, organization, time management, routines, attention and distractions, homework frustrations, and emotional regulation.
Each week, you'll leave with a practical action step to put what you've learned into practice at home. By the end of the course, you'll have a personalized roadmap and concrete tools to help your family feel more organized, reduce day-to-day frustration, and build routines that work.
