Attendees will explore how to gather qualitative data on "belonging cues" versus triggers, decode behavior as communication, and audit physical and relational safety. Through a hands-on "Virtual Environmental Audit", participants will walk away with practical observational tools to evaluate their sites authentically, ensuring the data collected during September and October reflects the true emotional safety, cultural responsiveness, and lived experiences of the youth they serve. |
