Tenant training is a strategy case managers use to educate clients on community living rights and responsibilities. It is a core requirement for residents in the MPAH housing programs, but it is sometimes difficult to know where to begin.
This one day, in-person workshop provides case managers with a detailed overview of the tenant training process. A certification is provided upon completion of the workshop and tenant training shadowing. |
