Love animals AND yoga? We’ve blended the two!
Each class features one or more shelter animals, depending on availability and the animals’ comfort levels. You may have a shelter dog relaxing beside your mat, kittens exploring the room, or another furry friend joining the fun. This unique adult all level yoga class is lead by local yoga instructors.
Please bring your own mat and additional props or accessories (blocks, straps, bolsters).
