Ilya graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he distinguished himself as an editor for the Criminal Law Review. Ilya also brings added value to his clients as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and as a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
