Welcome to the 2026 CASTA Fall Conference & EXPO webpage. The annual EXPO and Bus Show is held on the Wednesday of the Fall Conference with a reception to cap things off in the evening. This year's conference is co-located with the SWTA Summer Leadership Lab and the State Public Transportation Partnerships Conference, bringing a larger and broader audience of transit professionals to Breckenridge.

Bus Show Information

Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Location: Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, Breckenridge, CO

Load-in: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16

Load-out: No later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 17

Driver Instructions:

Please have your driver call or text Joey Parks at 520.349.2556 upon arrival.
CASTA staff will not sign for buses delivered to the event.
CASTA staff will not move buses.

Shipping and Exhibitor Services

Please use the following information for any packages or exhibit materials shipped to Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center ahead of the event:

Shipping Charges:

Packages (envelopes, padded envelopes, small boxes, letters): $20.00
Luggage, ski/snowboard bags, large boxes: $25.00
Event shipments (one-time fee): $25.00
Storage over 5 days: $5.00 per day
Pallet shipments requiring storage: $120.00
Pallet storage over 5 days: $30.00 per day
Bellman delivery: $5.00 per package
Handling fee (inbound/outbound/pre-paid labels/kit lender): $10.00
There is a $2 per box delivery fee for packages delivered outside Shipping & Receiving hours of operation.
