Another World is Possible with Venerable Amy

As we emerge from the global Covid experience, the path may seem littered with confusion, violence, and alienation. Rather than grow dismayed by external experiences that show cruelty and heartlessness, how can we use our vulnerability to effectively channel this energy into more supportive practice?

This program explores a path of inner transformation by being present with our pain, fear, and aversion and incorporates mindfulness, Lojong (mind training), emptiness, and self-compassion exercises to help us move through these less-than-comfortable states. Join us in person or through Zoom.

Donation Fees

The Dharma is always offered free of charge. We never want money to be an obstacle for anyone to attend our teachings. We do of course have expenses to make these precious teachings available, so we gratefully welcome any donations as they help us to make the Buddha’s teachings accessible to all. All funds received from this course go towards the Thubten Kunga Ling’s operating costs (e.g., rent, utilities, Zoom fees, offering to teachers, educational expenses, etc.) so that we can keep our physical and virtual door open to all beings.
