Medication Administration, Category 2 Renewal (Lake)

Class meets the annual state requirements for continuing education for Medication Administration Certification Category 2 (g/j tube). Includes skills checks. Attendees that acquire their certificate through this class will need to have their own delegating nurse in their work environment. The RN trainer does not provide this work environment oversight.

Pre-class Documentation: A DODD Application form must be emailed to info@academyforpd.com by noon 3 business days before the class. Click here for the form. If the DODD application form is not received by 3 business days before class, you (or your staff) will be removed from the class.

ID: Independent Providers must present driver's license to trainer.

Meals: Meals are not included. Due to time restraints we encourage you to pack a lunch.

Registration Deadline: Four (4) business days before the class, or when class is full.

Cost: Free for providers in Lake County.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by email at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding of our policy.
