PVC/COC High Desert Drive Rides Again

Saturday, August 2nd to Sunday, August 3rd

The Portland/Vancouver Chapter and the Central Oregon Chapter invite the Oregon Chapter of the BMW Club, and the entire Northwest Region to join them on the High Desert Drive. This event can be run as a one day drive or with an overnight. A route will be provided in the drive book showing a new route for those choosing to run for a single day.

Details:

1. Cost is $35.00 for car and driver, $55.00 for car, driver and passenger. We’ll provide a continental breakfast on Saturday, a group breakfast on Sunday and a full-color take home with you map/guide to the tour.
2. We’ll meetup at Ron Tonkin at 8 AM Saturday for Continental Breakfast.
3. Driver’s Meeting at 8:45 AM, leaving in multiple groups at 9 AM.
4. Shaniko has a small deli with lunch items. There has also been a chili cook off in recent years.  Suggestion is to pack a lunch for Saturday if you don’t want to take any chances, or wait in line. Link:  https://www.facebook.com/ShanikoDays/ (You may have to copy and paste this link.)
5. We will have access to premium fuel along the way, however, Shaniko and Fossil have non-premium to top off and some of us carry Octane Booster to add at fueling.

8. Sunday Morning, we’ll meet up in the parking lot at 9 sharp for a group breakfast.
