Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your registration, refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event and a $30 administrative fee will apply. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. "No Shows" will not receive a refund, however, substitutions are permitted. Should SWA cancel the event, we will notify you before January 10th and a full refund will be issued.

SWA reserves the right to cancel at any time. Notification is via email to the email address provided with registration. SWA assumes no responsibility for issues resulting from such cancellations or email notification failure.
