Heidi Lancaster is a solutions-driven recruiting leader and career coach with over 20 years of success in the recruiting field for finance and accounting. Her other areas of expertise include human resources/people operations, marketing/creative, supply chain, and business intelligence. Heidi is currently the Engagement Director for DuPage SHRM, and also a member of HRA Oak Brook, the American Staffing Association, and Illinois Search and Staffing Association. She has previously served as the Director of Public Relations for two local Payroll Association chapters.

Throughout her career, Heidi has moderated and led CFO/Controller roundtables and webinars dedicated to knowledge sharing and continuous education on topics/trends and the future of work in finance and accounting.

Previous to staffing, Heidi held leadership roles in both finance and human resources which led to her commitment to ensuring best-in-class experiences for both the talent and clients she represents. When she’s not networking and coaching, she can be found whipping up a storm in the kitchen, reading, or blowing off steam on the piano. She couldn’t be prouder to bring her talents to her own women-owned business, Allegro People Solutions.
