Taste wine at three different stages - freshly harvested juice, fermenting juice, and the finished wine - while I walk you step by step through how we turn grapes into wine. You'll see the products and tools we use, and learn why and when we use them. Since grape harvest only comes once a year, this is truly a once-a-year experience!
