Practical Tools for Conflict Resolution

Conflict is a natural part of every workplace and relationship, but when handled effectively, it can strengthen communication, trust, collaboration, and team culture. Practical Tools for Conflict Resolution is an interactive workshop designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to engage conflict constructively rather than avoid it.

Through discussion, self-reflection, and practical exercises, participants will explore the root causes of conflict, emotional intelligence, active listening, difficult conversations, and different conflict resolution styles. The workshop emphasizes empathy, communication, and understanding diverse perspectives while providing practical tools for addressing tension in healthy and productive ways.

Participants will leave with strategies to navigate difficult conversations, strengthen workplace relationships, improve team dynamics, and approach conflict as an opportunity for growth and resolution.

This is a virtual workshop.
