What can I expect on this bar crawl? As salmon journey through life they need to fuel themselves so you're encouraged to grab a themed drink here, a snack there, a slice of pizza in the middle, so you can safely make your way back to the Estuarium. Every location has both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and either food or snacks. At Legends Arcade you can purchase tokens to play games instead.
Do I have to be there right when it starts at 5:30pm? Some salmon like to get an early start while others tend to lag behind, and that's okay! This also helps with the flow of patrons to our local bars and restaurants.
What if I don't make it to every location? You can still return to the Estuarium anyway and enter the raffle.
Do I need to bring cash? One of the participating bars is cash only, and at the end we will have a raffle.
How long does it take to walk the route? The bar crawl route is about 0.6 miles and will take you roughly 14 minutes, not including stops for refreshments.
What does my $20 go towards? The $20 fee goes towards supporting this event as well as other Estuarium activities including our free admission days, Meet the Beach program, Discovery Speaker Series, Community Access Tickets, and so much more!
Is it family/dog friendly? While some of the locations are family friendly, others are not, so the event itself is only for those 21 years and older. Please leave your pets at home. |
