DESCRIPTION:Perinatal mental health and infant feeding are often addressed in silos. Yet the lived experiences of new parents tell a more complex story. In this session\, we will explore how psychological\, physiological\, and sociocultural factors converge during the critical postpartum period\, influencing both lactation outcomes and mental well-being. Drawing from both evidence-based research and community-rooted practices\, participants will learn integrative strategies that bridge clinical care with culturally responsive support.
