🎨 Plenty of Fun to Explore Visit the decorated trunks to collect treats, decorate a pumpkin or wooden puzzle to take home, get your face painted, enjoy the coloring station, and snap a family picture at our fall photo booth. All activity stations are free! 🍂 Make the Evening Your Own There’s no particular route or order to follow! Start with a craft, visit the trunks, or head to your family’s favorite activity first. Choose what interests you and take breaks whenever you need. 💙 A Space to Take a Break A calm area will be available inside the Touchstone building for anyone who needs a quieter space. It’s marked on the map, and our staff can help you find it.
A few reminders to help everyone have a safe, comfortable evening: 🎃 Costume Reminders We’d love to see your costumes! Please keep them family-friendly and non-scary, with no masks, full-face coverings, fake blood, toy weapons, gore, or frightening costume elements. Staff may ask attendees to remove or change any costume or accessory deemed inappropriate for the event. Thank you for helping everyone feel comfortable and welcome! 🏆 Youth Costume Contest Youth who would like to enter can pick up a numbered sticker at the welcome table when they arrive and wear it for the evening! Spot a costume you love? Scan the QR code at the welcome table and enter the contestant’s number to vote. Please leave a parent or caregiver’s phone number when signing up, as winners will be notified by text. There’s no need to stay for an announcement! 🚗 Parking & Questions Please use the general parking area marked on the map. Stop by the welcome table if you have questions or need help, and visit the Touchstone resource table to learn more about our services. Avondale Police Department will also be joining the fun—feel free to stop by and say hello! 🎨 Activities & Treats Treats and activity supplies are available while supplies last. Thank you for helping us give as many families as possible a chance to participate! You’re welcome to invite other families—please encourage them to RSVP using the button below so we can plan as best we can. 💛 Staying Safe Together Please keep children close and supervised throughout the evening. Since the event takes place in a parking lot, watch for vehicles as you arrive, explore, and leave. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times; children should never be left unattended. |
