Clinical Acupressure for Acupuncturists

This course is designed specifically for acupuncturists and asian bodywork therapists to learn the hands-on method of Insight Acupressure (formerly Soul Lightening Acupressure). This course is a combination of core material from our Clinical Acupressure workshops, minus remedial point location. Instruction includes demonstration and ample opportunities for hands-on practice including specific touch techniques, the application of formulas using multi-functional point combinations that access all 12 primary meridians, 8 extraordinary vessels and the chakra system. Participants are provided clinical handbooks and study guides, with more than 80 specific acupressure formulas.

Insight Acupressure is an ideal adjunct method to have available as a gentle, hands-on supplement for clients, especially if they cannot or do not wish to receive needles. Great for deepening rapport, supporting embodied consciousness, and building your capacity for feeling the energy of the points.
