In this Expressive Arts Workshop, you are invited to reflect on themes related to the Year of the Wood Dragon, Lantern Festival and qualities of the Heart. We will explore, embody and express clearing our Hearts to receive our joys and successes in the coming year. There will be opportunities for nature connection, journaling, gentle mindful movement, visual art, writing and sharing in our experiences.
Refreshments will be served. All art supplies will be provided. No art skills or experience necessary. |
