Dr. Brent Fields is the Chief Executive Officer for Morgan's - a non-profit enterprise built around seven distinct businesses - Morgan's Wonderland, Morgan's Sports, Morgan's Camp, Morgan's Multi-Assistance Center, Morgan's Inclusion Institute, Morgan's Wonder Care, and Morgan's Hotel. All are focused on making inclusion the standard through innovation and collaboration. Over the past 16 years, this enterprise has welcomed nearly 4 million guests from all 50 states and 123 countries, supported by hundreds of staff dedicated to demonstrating and teaching the "Morgan's Way" of creating inclusive spaces and experiences for people of all abilities. With a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas and more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare, education, research, and social services, Brent came to the CEO role at Morgan's in late 2021. He was hired to help take the organization to new heights of growth and impact. In his current role he directly supervises a team of eight executives and three management company engagements. Inspired by his daughter Chloe, who lives with multiple disabilities due to a mitochondrial disorder, Brent is passionate about creating communities where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to thrive.
