The ASCE Jacksonville Branch is hosting its first luncheon of the year on January 16, 2025, featuring Brian Hurst, Dams and Levees Section Chief, from the US Army Corps of Engineers. He will be presenting on the Central Everglades Project (CEPP) Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) A-2 Reservoir project. The project involves the construction of a 10,500-acre water storage system in Palm Beach County, Florida, with a capacity of 240,000 acre-feet and a height of 37 feet.
