Business to Business Grant: Question & Answer Information Sessions


Join us for our online Business to Business Grant: Question & Answer Information Sessions! The Department of Small & Local Business Development (DSLBD) is excited to offer the Business to Business: Service Provider Grants for FY2024 for small, DC-based non-profits and for-profits to provide a range of training, program support, and technical assistance across several DSLBD programs that support entrepreneurs and equitable entrepreneurship.



These sessions are held weekly by DSLBD Innovation & Equitable Development (Inno.ED) team members throughout the open eligiblity application period. Sessions will be held:


  • Full Request for Applications Walk Through (Recorded): October 25, 2023 from 10-12 pm - Watch Recording
  • Drop in Q&A: October 31, 2023 from 1-3pm
  • Drop in Q&A: November 7, 2023 from 1-3 pm
  • Drop in Q&A: November 14, 2023 from 1-3 pm

Eligibility Deadlines


  • The last date to ask eligibility questions with a guaranteed response before the final deadline is November 16, 2023, at 2 pm EST.
  • The final eligibility deadline is November 21, 2023, at 2 pm EST. No exceptions.
  • DSLBD will offer a two (2) business-day corrections window after all applications have been reviewed
