| Course Information This 3-day course and exam is open to interested parties who meet the prerequisites (see Tree Risk Assessment Qualification Program Guide) and is limited to 20 arborists (first-come/first-served). The qualification consists of a 2-day educational course followed by a 1/2 day assessment that includes both a written and field component. It is required that you attend the course and successfully complete the assessment in order to receive this qualification.
Registration closes on October 13, 2026 or when class is filled. All payments are due at the time of registration. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by October 13, 2026. All applications will be reviewed for approval. Your registration will be finalized via email. NO REFUND OR TRANSFER WILL BE GRANTED AFTER October 13, 2026.

- SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION/CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION with ISA - If you hold an ISA Credential, you will simply be confirming the course that you are attending. What to bring to class:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- Hard hat and high-visibility vest or shirt (Needed on Day 2)
- Rain gear, including large zip-lock bag
- Digital course information will be emailed to you no later than October 13, 2026
- You will be provided with a hard copy of the TRAQ Manual and the official TRAQ clipboard when you arrive to the class
Please dress for your comfort level indoors and outdoors; we cannot always control the room temperature to suit everyone. Come prepared to spend part of the day outdoors.
