| Eco-sustainability waste reduction program
It's hard for an event that burns lots of stuff, to promote themselves as "Green", however that isn't stopping us from working at reducing our eco footprint, with this in mind—here are our sustainability rules for food vendors, if you can't honor them, perhaps another festival is a better fit. • NO STYROFOAM Containers of any kind. • NO single use plastic water bottles. • Aluminum Cans or Boxed Water are acceptable.
Midwest Fire Fest will offer FREE water stations, where folks will be able to refill their personal water bottles. In addition, for those who don't bring a refillable bottle, aluminum water bottles will be available for the same price as a water bottle. |
