A tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico, which, according to the National Weather Service, has the potential of becoming a Category 3 hurricane, has forced us to postpone the PVA Southeast Region Meeting scheduled in Naples this week. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency for 41 of the state’s 67 counties including Collier County, the site of PVA’s region meeting.
PVA members who have registered for the meeting will receive a refund for their registration fees. Hotel cancellations will be honored by the Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue.
Tentative plans are to reschedule the PVA Southeast Region for the Spring of 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause but feel that this decision was necessary to ensure the safety of all involved.
