Caregivers and their care partners living with dementia, memory loss, or related conditions are invited to join us at the Penn Yan Presbyterian Church for our first memory cafe in Yates County. We'll experience "Peace and Love" with music by the 2 Peace Band, play games, and socialize. Lunch will be served. Event is FREE, no payment required. |
