DESCRIPTION:In our society\, death and dying are often perceived as inherently negative topics of conversation and are often shrouded in confusion and grief. However\, different perspectives exist on our mortality based on a profound understanding of the process of dying\, the meaning of death\, and what we can do to protect ourselves and help others when the time of death nears.\n\nThis workshop will include guided meditations\, teachings and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome.
