AAGKC Workshop | Art, Brain and Wellbeing: Exploring NeuroArts in Practice

Art, Brain, and Wellbeing: Exploring Neuro Arts in Practice
Join us for a virtual workshop exploring how creative practices intersect with brain science to support health, wellbeing, and community connection.

This session features a thoughtfully facilitated conversation between Dr. Piper Hutson, a Neuroarts Researcher and Arts and Health Specialist; and Martha Valenta, a multidisciplinary artist whose journey with ADHD profoundly influences her creative expression. The conversation will offer insight into creative process and lived experience.

Q&A to follow.

This program is part of ArtsKC’s 2nd Annual NeuroArt Awareness Week - a thoughtfully curated series of events advancing awareness and exploration of the growing field of neuroarts within arts and health.
