| BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES $500– Booth with one staff person - One clothed, 6-foot table, a chair, wifi, Power available upon request Additional staff will be charged $100.00 OUTDOOR SPACE There is outdoor space available for larger equipment, the outdoor space is free with the purchase of a booth and will be approximately 15’x15' – please indicate in your registration that you will require outdoor space and let us know what equipment you will be bringing. SET UP Set-up time for the booth/exhibits will begin on Sunday, October 5th at 9:00am, the meeting will commence Sunday evening with the President’s reception from 5:00-6:00pm. Note: there are pre-conference events going on Sunday from 8-5 so there will be some participant traffic on Sunday. AGENDA - NEW THIS YEAR - MORE TIME WITH EXHIBITORS!
