ACCOMODATIONS

CAMPING: You can camp at the Masonic Youth Center for free.

HOTEL: We have secured a group rate at the Springhill Suites in West Warwick, RI. You can use this link to reserve your room. Or you can call 401-822-1244. The group rate is $189/night. The last day to register for a room is April 30th.

FRIDAY, MAY 31 

Breakfast and Lunch provided for Volunteers and Lunch for Climbers

7:00-11:30 Event Setup & Practice Run Throughs - Teams: All Head & Scoring Judges, Technicians, Timers, & Runners

11:30-12:30 All Judges Meeting and Gear Inspection Technician Meeting

11:00-12:00 Competitors Arrive and Sign-in

Bag Lunch Provided | Gear Inspection available

12:30-1:00 Group Photo with Event T-shirts & PPE

1:00 -2:30 Run Through of Events – Competitors, Volunteers & Event Judges

2:30-3:30 Gear Inspection – Competitors (for those that still need it)

3:30-6:00 TCC Preliminary Events: All Rotations - Ascent & Speed

6:00-8:00 Dinner provided for all Competitors and Volunteers

SATURDAY, JUNE 1
