Hear from Mayor Justin Elicker, Senator Richard Blumenthal, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, Meghan Scanlon President & CEO of Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence, David Zannelli Chief of Police of New Haven Police Department and survivor advocates as we honor survivors, remember those lost to domestic violence, and raise awareness in our community. The program will conclude with a symbolic flower toss into New Haven Harbor. |
