| We have a limit of 200 participants and want to fill every spot! For the initial registration, we have designated one chaperone and 4 youth slots per Tribe/UIHO.
Conference participants should be:
- AI/AN youth ages 12-26 years old
- All supporting adults (including chaperones) are required to participate in the summit content along with youth
- All participants age 18+ are required have their Tribe or organization verify that they have a background check on file that meets their Tribal/organizational requirements. If they don’t, they can apply for a background check through the Washington State Patrol by completing their application.
Registration expectations:
- Youth participants are expected to participate in all sessions and will be given $100 for completion.
- All meals will be provided to all participants at no charge.
- Lodging at the Red Lion Hotel in Port Angeles, WA will be provided and booked by AIHC - lodging confirmation will be sent to the primary registered chaperone after June 8.
- Other expenses, including travel expenses, are the responsibility of the participants/tribes/UIHOs.
We also ask that you please let us know if your Tribe/UIHO will not be able to attend so we may accommodate larger groups from attending Tribes.
