GUNK is an 8-piece band composed of guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, vocal, trombone, alto saxophone and tenor/baritone saxophone - and one amazing vocalist. Made up of local music teachers and musicians, GUNK draws inspiration from the original Motown girl groups of the 1950's and 60's - but they also put out plenty of right-now up-to-the-minute sounds in their spirited, energetic, and wildly entertaining sets.
