Participation Options and Registration

 Hotel Accommodations:

We have a block of hotel rooms reserved for a discounted rate of $169 at the conference location, Hotel Albuquerque. If you would like to book a room, please click on this link and you will go directly to the hotel website where the discount has already been applied. If you have any additional questions or would like to book a room over the phone, you may contact Hotel Albuquerque directly at (866)505-7829 and mention code LINKING ARMS to get our discounted rate. Please note: Reservations must be made by January 6, 2026 in order to receive the discounted rate.

 Important Registration Details:

• PURCHASE ORDERS: Please email a copy of your PO to swida.events@gmail.com. You will then receive an invoice and registration code. Once you have your registration code, you can register using the links above.

• GROUP REGISTRATION: If you are registering more than 10 participants, you have the option of being invoiced for a group of staff members. Registration is NOT confirmed or reserved until payment has been received and attendees have registered for the conference and received a confirmation email. Please contact us at swida.events@gmail.com for more information on this option. We encourage you to register attendees individually to ensure their registration.

• CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REGISTRANTS and BOARD MEMBERS OF SWIDA, TRL-NM, ALTA-NM: Thank you for your contribution to Linking Arms 2026. Please enter the emailed discount code on the registration form to receive the reduced registration fee. 

• CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS and CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE: We are offering CEU's for both in-person and virtual attendees. The total number earned will depend on the number of sessions attended (maximum 11 credits possible). Attendees will can receive an online form to complete in order to receive their certificate of attendance. This process ensures attendance verification. Once the form is completed, participants will receive their certificate of attendance via email in approximately one week.
