Free parking is available at the Riverview Lots on the college campus: 900 Broadway St, Lowell, MA 01854. This is a short, 5-minute walk to Coburn Hall (Coburn Hall, 850 Broadway St, Lowell, MA 01854), where the event will take place in Room 255 on the 2nd floor.
